Alkira supported NEOM in advancing the technical readiness of its new PSS Command & Control Centre, conducting a comprehensive infrastructure assessment to ensure resilience, scalability, and alignment with future operational needs.
Our contributions included:
- Assessing the full technical infrastructure spanning application environments, network architecture, data centres, command and control (C2) room facilities, and service management capabilities.
- Identifying gaps across eight critical domains and developing actionable recommendations and solution designs to address current limitations and future-proof the facility.
- Providing strategic insight to strengthen resilience and enable operational scalability in line with NEOM’s growth trajectory.
This engagement ensured that the Command & Control Centre was equipped with a robust, integrated foundation to support high-availability operations and the evolving demands of the PSS environment.
