Develop the end-to-end ICT strategy, covering business process flows and architecture across application, integration, infrastructure, and network domains.
Defining detailed ICT requirements for over 15 technology packages, including budgeting and integrated project planning to support phased implementation.
Addressing core systems and services such as a one-stop digital portal, CRM, ERP, IoT platforms, autonomous guided vehicles (AGV), facilities management (FM),building management systems (BMS), and workforce management solutions.

This work provided a comprehensive digital blueprint to support the operational and commercial objectives of KEZAD Metal Park from launch through to long-term operation.
