• Formed the Central Delivery Team to lead programme management across all workstreams, ensuring integrated delivery of the COP28 scope within Expo City Dubai.
• Conducted requirements definition, scoping, contracting, and project control to align diverse stakeholders within a complex operating environment.
• Led the design, planning, and implementation of Venue Technology and ICT infrastructure.
• Established the change management process for space allocation & ongoing changes.
