• Designed the technology master plan to realise the vision of a sustainable, innovative and seamless business and residential district that delivers unique experiences.
• Performed requirements management, sourcing, onboarding and project delivery across web, community portal, CRM, ERP, POS & ICT infrastructure.
• Developed the technology transition plan for applications, data, telecom & networks, ICT infrastructure and assets from Expo 2020 to legacy operations, using a gap analysis based on the criteria of functional fit, size/cost and market position.
• Developed and managed the technology budget for transition, phased implementation and run, identifying potential sources of revenue that could be achieved through the technology masterplan.
• Created a long-term technology programme plan to achieve operational readiness, accompanied by project governance, ongoing risk assessments and a quality assurance plan.
